TFT 9.23 Patch Notes – Buffs, Nerfs, & More!

We’re taking a look at the TFT 9.23 Patch Notes that will be bringing some buffs, nerfs, and general changes to the game. This is the first major patch after the release of Set 2 into the game. We’re expecting the patch to be release on November 20th, 2019.

The official and tentative patch notes haven’t been released yet, but we’ve got a look at some information from the PBE.

TFT 9.23 PATCH RELEASE DATE

The 9.23 Patch is scheduled for release on Wednesday, November 20th, 2019.

PBE CHANGES

Here’s a look at some of the changes that are on the PBE. These may or may not make it into the patch! Credit to Surrenderat20.

Shadow

  • 2 champ increased damage lowered from 50% to 45%
  • 4 champ increased damage lowered from 100% to 85%

Warden

  • 2 champ armor increased from 125 to 150
  • 4 champ armor increased from 275 to 300

Champion Changes

  • Aatrox: Ability damage increased from 250/500/750 to 250/500/1000
  • Diana: Ability damage lowered from 80/100/120 to 65/85/105
  • Ezreal: Ability damage increased from 200/400/600 to 200/400/800.
  • Jax: Ability damage increased from 150/250/350 to 150/250/450.
  • Kindred: Ability damage increased from 150/325/600 to 150/325/650.
  • Kog’Maw: Ability damage reverted from 150/325/500 to 125/275/425.
  • LeBlanc: Ability damage increased from 200/450/700 to 200/450/800.
  • Nasus: Bonus health changed from 200/400/600 to 250/400/550.
  • Nautilus: Ability damage increased from 100/200/300 to 100/200/400.
  • Neeko: Ability damage increased from 100/200/300 to 100/200/350.
  • Ornn: Ability critical strike chance increased from 20% to 50%.
  • Sion: Ability damage increased from 200/400/600 to 200/400/800.
  • Syndra: Ability damage increased from 175/350/525 to 175/350/600.
  • Thresh: Shield increased from 200/300/400 to 250/400/600.
  • Vayne: Ability % damage changed from 8/12/16% to 9/12/15%.
  • Volibear: Ability damage increased from 200/450/700 to 200/450/850.
  • Yasuo: Ability hits changed from 3/5/7 to 4/5/6.
